Insurance Investigation : On present days, due to the increased traffic on road, Road Traffic Accidents (RTA) are most common of roads. In present days, people are very keen on reaching their destinations at a shortest time. The hurry, ultimately and unfortunately leads them to traffic accidents.
An accident generally brings a lot of damages ranging from damages to vehicle parts to human life. Sometimes for the mistake of vehicle drivers on road, innocent persons are finished from simple abrasions to death. Generally, in India and in most of other countries vehicles are covered by insurance policies in order to provide social security in terms money as compensation for the loss occurred by a RTA.
People, who are affected by RTA can file a case in the Court on the Insurance Company which issued policy to the vehicle which caused the accident and get reasonable amount as compensation.
But, nowadays people who met with accidents not through RTA i.e persons fell from Coconut trees, received injuries by falling in the bathroom and so on, also file fabricated case as if they met RTA for illegal claim of accident policies.
So, in order to find the false claims and reject such cases and there by save insurance company money, Insurance Companies analyse the nature of cases through their panel Investigators, who go out and gather information on as to how exactly the person met with the accident and finally produce report to their company.
The action of analyzing the nature of Road Traffic Accidents and finding the genunity for insurance compensation claims is called Insurance Investigation .
